vCloud Air + ScaleArc = complete elastic cloud
I am very excited that ScaleArc is part of the Solution Exchange launch for VMware vCloud® Air™. ScaleArc’s vision fits perfectly with the VMware vCloud Air ecosystem as many of ScaleArc’s customers are looking at the cloud to launch and test new applications.

By creating an agile data tier that inserts transparently between the databases and applications, ScaleArc automates database scaling and availability. ScaleArc ensures high application availability in the cloud by providing automatic failover of the database servers in the event of DR or other unplanned downtime and zero downtime during planned maintenance windows.
